Code Review
This pull request disables the short help option (-h) for the stdio subcommand, while retaining the long version (--help). This is accomplished by using clap's disable_help_flag attribute and then manually re-adding a --help argument. The change is consistent with the pattern used for the list subcommand and appears correct and well-implemented. I have no further suggestions.
